How it works
From the old board to a labelled upgrade
A fuseboard upgrade replaces a tired consumer unit with a modern RCBO board. We look at the existing circuits first, so the new board is the right size and every way is labelled. Testing and certification are part of the job.

We fit modern RCBO consumer units, including Hager. Every circuit is labelled, the board is tested, and the certificate is ready before we leave.
Yes, for the changeover. A straightforward domestic board is often done in a day. We agree the timing so you know when the power is off.
Yes. The new board is tested and certified. If the rest of the wiring needs work, we tell you rather than hiding it behind a new cover.
Sometimes, if the board is modern and has room. If it is full, or it is an old fuse board, a replacement is usually the better job.
